DR. FENIA GIANNOPOULOU

FOUNDER

Scientist. Artist. Wellbeing Coach

Fenia is a mental health and wellbeing academic, researcher-storyteller, coach, and artist with 30 years' experience in research, higher education, and applied practice across Europe and the United States. She has held positions at institutions including Syracuse University (US), the University of Athens and Thorax Research Centre (Greece), the University of Strathclyde (Scotland) and the University of Brighton (UK). Her research and practice focus on lifestyle interventions—exercise, diet, and behaviour change—to prevent and treat chronic conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, ageing-related morbidities and mental health disorders.

As a practitioner Fenia is a mindfulness and behaviour-change coach, narrative therapy counsellor, and specialist in narcissistic recovery, domestic abuse and trauma, and eating-disorder support. She is an experienced reviewer for the European Commission, assessing health and multidisciplinary research grants, and she consults with higher education bodies across Europe on programme development and review. Fenia also serves as an editor and expert consultant for journals including Nutrients, Frontiers in Nutrition, European Journal of Nutrition, and Preventive Medicine.

Fenia trained as a professional actress and has worked as a playwright, producer and director for more than 20 years. She is Artistic Director of tríada, an international theatre company based in Brighton that creates work on mental health, resilience and wellbeing. Recent plays include Her Raving Mind, She: Her Reverse and Two Chefs—projects that combine artistic practice with trauma-informed storytelling.

Fenia’s distinct strength is integrating science and art to design multidisciplinary solutions that promote health, wellbeing and social impact. She draws from her exercise, nutrition, applied psychology and behavioural science training, to support individuals and organisations to sustainable behaviours and long-term wellbeing. Her consultancy blends rigorous research, creative practice and coaching to develop practical, humane and innovative programmes for individuals, organisations and communities.

Dr. Rachil Stafylidou

Vision and Social Impact Director &

Community Engagement Advisor

Dr. Rachil Stafylidou is the Vision and Social Impact Director and Community Engagement Advisor at InterART. A Greek–British practitioner with a multidisciplinary background spanning arts, health and social advocacy, she specialises in designing and delivering community-centred initiatives that strengthen wellbeing, social cohesion and inclusion.

Rachil trained and worked in the health sector (NHS and private practice) as a dentist and health mentor, supporting personal development, resilience and mental wellbeing. She has collaborated with charities and community organisations to support older adults’ mental health and to embed compassionate, needs-led approaches across services.

Her experience also includes advisory roles on arts and community projects in Greece, where she supported creative practices that foreground care, inclusion and mental health awareness.

At InterART, Rachil leads the consultancy’s social and community engagement work, advising on:

  • social-impact project design and delivery

  • community engagement and outreach

  • empowerment and wellbeing strategies

  • marketing, promotion and social media for community initiatives

As Community Engagement Advisor she consults with charities, cultural organisations and community groups to extend reach, deepen relevance and ensure sustainable social impact.

Julien Beuriot

Nutrition & Food Consultant |

Culinary & Events Advisor

Julien Beuriot is a French food-business consultant and mentor, head chef, and artist based in Brighton & Hove. He brings a creative, evidence-informed approach to food, wellbeing and immersive culinary experiences, aligning directly with InterART’s mindful-eating and nutrition consultancy.

Julien trained and worked in renowned kitchens across London, Paris and Le Havre. He is founder of Cinq Sens, the Food & Art Lab, which produces sensory, sustainable events that combine local ingredients, artist collaborations and mindful food practices. As a caterer and culinary consultant he advises food businesses on menu development, sustainable sourcing, operational design and wellbeing-focused food offerings engaging the community through food and eating.

In the arts he specialises in music and sound design for theatre and has been Musical Director and Sound Designer for tríada, shaping multisensory performance environments.

At InterART, Julien supports:

  • mindful-eating programme design and culinary workshops for funding applications, health science programmes and health and wellbeing organisations.

  • tailored catering for therapeutic and community events and marginalised groups such as individuals with disabilities and special needs.

  • food-business consulting (menus, sustainability, customer experience) in charities and private organisations.

  • sensory and multisensory collaborations for arts and health projects.

Julien’s practice sits at the intersection of nutrition, creativity and hospitality, helping InterART translate research-led nutrition and mindful-eating principles into practical, engaging experiences for communities and organisations.

Heiko Geritzmann

Therapist and Somatic Expert |

Electronic Music Artist & Producer

Heiko Geritzmann is an experienced German DJ, producer, facilitator, and therapist, based between Brighton and London, known for creating transformative electronic dance projects. His work dwells on the fringes of club music, summoning hypnotic dance spaces and deeply evocative moods from driving basslines, organic tribal beats and electronic sounds. He has played at venues such as Ministry of Sound, London and at events like Berlin- Brighton. Heiko uses his multidisciplinary background to merge the emotional depth and high energy of his performances with meditative states.

Alongside his artistic work, Heiko is a certified Psychological Counsellor (SGD, Germany), Client-Centred Therapist (University of Rostock, Germany), Somatic Coach, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner®, and Yoga and Meditation Teacher (RYT500®). His professional practice focuses on trauma, burnout, creativity blocks, mental health, and wellbeing. Heiko also studied Business Administration in Germany and Sweden (Diplom-University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund / Blekinge Institute for Technology) and worked in the field of Health, Safety, Security and Environment.

Through performances and collaborative projects, Heiko creates carefully held environments that combine guided somatic practices with immersive sound, music, light, and visual art. These experiences invite participants to explore body awareness, mindfulness, connection, and emotional regulation. While these spaces are not therapeutic, they offer opportunities for self-expression, reflection, and shared experience.

By bringing together art, creativity, and psychology, Heiko's work contributes to broader awareness about mental health and well-being. He is particularly committed to creating inclusive environments where marginalised communities can build confidence, feel safe and be heard.

Federica Zanghirella

Social Impact and Health Practitioner|

Filmmaker & Artist

Federica Zanghirella is a social impact practitioner specialising in creative health, health promotion, public engagement, and arts-based communication. Through filmmaking, screenwriting, visual arts, and storytelling, she develops interdisciplinary projects that translate lived experience into powerful public narratives that promote awareness, reduce stigma, encourage early diagnosis, and inspire positive behaviour change.

Following her own breast cancer journey, Federica founded The Pink Bob Movement, a social enterprise dedicated to raising awareness of breast cancer, promoting early detection, and building more inclusive communities for people affected by cancer. She believes that the arts have the power to transform individual experiences into collective understanding and meaningful social action. Through film, theatre, photography, visual arts, and creative storytelling, she designs and delivers projects that foster dialogue, strengthen community engagement, empower individuals, and improve health literacy through accessible and emotionally engaging communication.

Alongside her creative practice, Federica serves as Vice President of the UK Sommelier Association, where she leads professional education programmes, industry competitions, knowledge exchange initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities. A qualified sommelier since 2007, she has trained hundreds of wine professionals and brings extensive expertise in education, programme development, experiential learning, event leadership, and public communication.

At InterART Science & Research Consultancy, Federica contributes to the design and delivery of interdisciplinary projects that integrate the arts, health, science, education, and community participation to advance health promotion, wellbeing, creative public engagement, and social impact. Her work focuses on developing innovative arts-based approaches that translate research and lived experience into meaningful learning, dialogue, and lasting behavioural and societal change.

Victoria Salomon

Biomechanics Educator |

Author & Founder of The Ixchel System®️

Victoria Salomon is an award-winning biomechanics educator, practitioner, author, and founder of The Ixchel System®️, an innovative approach to health and wellbeing that integrates anatomy, neuroscience, trauma-informed practice, and embodied healing. At the heart of the system is Get Into Your Body®️, a methodology that helps people restore function, resilience, and connection through a deeper relationship with their physical selves.


For over two decades, Victoria has worked clinically with individuals living with chronic pain, illness, trauma, and complex health conditions. She has extensive experience supporting abuse survivors, marginalised communities, immigrants, transgender individuals, and neurodivergent clients whose relationship with their bodies has been shaped by adversity, illness, chronic stress, or exclusion.


At the core of her work is a simple yet innovative premise: every body tells a unique story, yet every body shares the same fundamental architecture. Regardless of our history or identity, we all possess a skeletal structure, organs, and nervous system capable of returning to greater integrity. Through Get Into Your Body®️, participants learn to connect consciously with their bones and skeletal framework, supporting physical function, nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and wellbeing.
